EXIMBANKA SR took part at the meeting of the Slovak and Indian Intergovernmental Commission

The officials from the Ministries and government institutions of the Slovak and Indian Republics met on 21 April 2017 in Bratislava during joint Intergovernmental Commission to discuss the possibilities of cooperation in selected areas.

The meeting was also attended by EXIMBANKA SR represented by Jana Valkučáková, Deputy CEO of the Insurance Division and Silvia Gavorníková, Director of International Relations Department. EXIMBANKA SR presented the outcomes of former cooperation with Indian partners – ECGC Limited and Export-Import Bank of India, with which it participates at multilateral meetings of the International Working Group on Export Credits and within Bern Union.

EXIMBANKA SR also presented possibilities of supporting the Slovak exporters entering the Indian market and discussed with the Indian counterparty about more intense business cooperation between both countries.

The representatives of EXIMBANKA SR and ECGC Limited also agreed on arranging a workshop to start a closer cooperation.
